Kickboxing Fitness Bagwork

Forget about crazy diets!

Join iKickbox and see a difference in your fitness, cardio/energy level and overall health within the first couple of weeks.

iKickbox is for everyone…so, don’t worry about your current fitness or stamina levels – these will improve over time!

Work out at your own pace and get better with every kickboxing class. We are experts at helping people improve their fitness and confidence levels one kick and punch at a time!

iKickbox Fitness Classes include…

  • warm up, stretching and cool down periods

  • bag work…lots of bag work – punches, kicks, elbows, knees – instructors will guide you through everything so that you learn how to get the most out of your workout. Hitting a bag is a great stress reducer!

  • challenging & innovative kickboxing, cardio, and core strength drills to get you in shape

  • modified versions of every stretch, exercise, and drill so that regardless of your fitness level or ability, you will feel comfortable and enjoy the experience

  • fun, social experience with great music and passionate instructors who want to help you enjoy iKickbox Fitness at Millennium Martial Arts & Fitness
